Parameters

LTERSRQThreshListLen	Length of the LTE RSRQ threshold list parameter to follow
pLTERSRQThreshList	Array of RSRQ thresholds (in units of 0.1 dBm) Maximum of 32 values. Range for RSRQ values: -20 to -3 (in dBm)
