Parameters

LTESNRThreshListLen	Length of the LTE SNR threshold list parameter to follow
pLTESNRThreshList	Array of SNR thresholds (in units of 0.1 dB) Maximum of 32 values Range for SNR values: -20 to 30 (in dB).
